Version 9.53 July 2007
RTF Document LayoutsRTF layouts are now available for both the 'Supplier Reject Note' and the 'Internal Reject Note'.
Items from both the 'Sales Invoice Reports Menu' and the 'Purchase Invoice Report Menu' can now be added to your 'favourites' menu
'Quote Estimators / Planners' can now be marked as 'redundant' and hence removed from the default view.
Stock Report
The 'Sales Order Stock Report' now has the ability to export the data to a CSV file.
The way allocated stock is reset has been changed.
Stock allocated to call-offs will only be reset once the user has COMPLETELY left the 'allocate stock' program.
This is so that the user can now move back to the QuickBar and utilise its search facility to allocate stock to a number of items without the allocated quantity being reset each time.
New options have been added to the system to allow the production of 'Intrastat Reports' and 'EC VAT Lists' for both sales and purchases. Reports can be output as a paper copy, as a CSV file or in the SEMDEC format specified by HM Customs. New tabs have been added to the 'Stocked Parts' and 'Raw Material Enquiry' screens to allow commodity codes and related information to be defined against each item. These details can also be set on the 'Non-Stocked Part' screens. A default code can be set against each stock category which will be applied to new items created in that category.
Purchase Orders
You can now attach external documents to a purchase order line.
A new control flag 'PO_SHOW_DOCS_ON_PRINT' has been added to allow a list of the external documents attached to a purchase order to be shown at the time the purchase order is printed.
Please note that the list only provides the user with the ability to open each of the documents MANUALLY, using the default program defined in Windows for that document type.
A new option has been added to the 'Stocked Parts Menu' to allow the weight of a manufactured part to be calculated from the weights of its components.
A history of any changes made to the weight field has also been added.
The choice of status settings on the NCR quality records has been changed from 'Pending, Historic & Cancelled' to 'Open, Closed & Cancelled' respectively. The functionality of the settings remains the same.
Most reports which allow an entry of employee reference numbers now zoom to the 'Employee Selection' screen rather than the full 'Employee Maintenance' screen. This alternative screen loads faster and ensures that sensitive employee data is not available to users who do not need to see it.
