→
Date Selection Calendar
The week numbers shown on the general date selection calendar now reflect the value
of the 'WEEK_BASIS' control setting.
→
Sales Order History
The 'Sales Order History' screen has been replaced with a new design which makes
it easier to view the changes made to the call-offs on the order.
→
Purchase Order Default Buyer
The 'PO_DEFAULT_BUYER' control flag has been added to allow a default buyer (user
name) to be defined on a supplier.
When a new purchase order is raised the 'buyer' of that purchase order will be set
as the default for that supplier instead of the user raising the purchase order.
→
Purchase Order Status
A purchase order line can now be assigned a status to describe the confirmation
level of the purchase order item.
The available options are 'Agreed', 'Firm Urgent', 'Firm', 'Material' and 'Forecast'.
An option has also been added to the MRP to automatically clear down contract purchase
orders that contain items which have the 'material' or 'forecast' status.

New Shelf Life Options
New options have been created to control the colour coding of the expiry dates of
stock batches. Different thresholds can now be set by part number - rather than
just globally as previously.
→
Bulk Loads
Various new options have been added to the 'Bulk Load' screens - including new sort
orders and column options.
→
Drag & Drop Schedule BETA
A beta version of a facility to allow items in a schedule to be manipulated via
a drag & drop interface has been added. This is only available to users
of the SQL schedule.
Please contact support if you would like to be a part of the beta program to run
this option and provide valuable feedback on how we develop this new facility.
→
Auto Raise Purchase Orders
A new option has been added to 'auto raise purchase orders' that will prevent the
'suggested' order date from being earlier than 'today' + 'lead time'.
The 'AUTO_ORDER_NONE_BEFORE_LEAD' control setting is required to be enabled in order
to activate this facility.
→
Authorisation Screen Restrict by Team or Department
The 'RESTRICT_EMP_AUTH_SCREEN' control setting has been added to allow users to
specify that the authorisation screen is restricted by either team or department.
Full users are exempt from the restriction and are required to allocate to each
user the teams or departments they are authorised to view.

CRM Email Campaigns
A new button has been added to the 'CRM Maintenance' screen to allow email campaigns
to be created. This option is only available to customers who have purchased the
