? Release Notes For Version 10.32

? SAGE Integration The system has been updated to allow integration with the new SAGE (line 50) 2010 version. Please note that ALL clients who use the SAGE integration facility (regardless of whether they intend to use the SAGE 2010 integration or not) will be required to re-run client setup to enable the integration facility.

?

Favourites The system no longer asks for confirmation when adding a menu option to (or removing it from) the favourites menu.
? Sales Invoice VAT A new control setting ('SALES_INVOICE_VAT_TYPE') has been added to determine if the VAT on an invoice should be calculated at LINE LEVEL (as previously) or at INVOICE LEVEL. Please note that changing this setting may affect the totals on your existing invoices.

? Invoice Factoring Options A new factoring option has been added to export invoices in the format required by RBS.

? CRM Communication Records for Purchase Order Items The CRM facility has been updated to allow users to record a communication record and associate it with a purchase order item. Please note that this facility is only available to users who have purchased the CRM module.

? Purchase Order Goods In Summary View The 'purchase order goods in' screen now includes a 'summary view' facility which will amalgamate identical items together so that the user only needs to enter a quantity on a single line. The control setting 'PO_GOODS_IN_DEF_SUMMARY' has been added to allow the user to define the default value of the 'summary view' option.

? Purchase Invoice Matching In Summary View A new 'summary' option has been added to the invoice matching screens. If selected, the system will only show one entry for each identical part or material booked in against an advice note - regardless of the number of purchase order lines affected. Note that viewing the matched invoice in 'Purchase Invoice History' will still show the individual lines. A control setting ('INVOICE_MATCH_SUMMARISE') has been added to default the selection of this new option.

? Component Dimensions A new option has been added to the stocked part and assembly screens to aid with the calculation of the fraction of a part which is required to make an assembly. This is primarily of use for where the component is made from a 'sheet'.

? SQL Scheduling New options have been added to this routine to give priority to 'in progress' works orders, and to take pending purchase orders into account for subcontract operations.

? Document Scanning The system has been updated with a facility to allow documents to be scanned and directly associated to a system element.
This is enabled by setting the 'DOC_ATTACH_SCAN' control flag.
This facility is only available for customers who have purchased the CRM module. Please note that this facility has been designed to work with the Fujitsu 'FI-5110C' scanner. Although the scanner facility uses a general driver (TWAIN) we CANNOT GUARENTEE that the scan facility will work on ALL scanners.

? Attach Email to CRM Communication Emails from Microsoft Outlook can now be 'attached' to a CRM communication record within the system.
Once an email has been attached the email can be viewed in exactly the same state (including attachments) it was in when the email was attached.
Please note that the email attached is a COPY and is NOT the exact same email received.
This will mean that the email can be viewed by any users rather than just the recipient, even if the recipient deletes the original email in Outlook.
Unfortunately this will also mean that Outlook will NOT have any control or knowledge of the attached email and therefore could not be searched for or be available ANYWHERE in Outlook.
Please note that this facility is only available to users who have purhcased the CRM module.
