Remote Support An option
is now available from the 'Help' menu to allow a user to start a 'Remote Support'
session.
When required, a member of the support team may ask you to select this option and
input a session code.

Favourites Menu It
is now possible to change the order in which items appear on the 'favourites' menu.
To move a selected item up or down the list, hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press
the 'up' and 'down' arrow keys.

Outlook Email Import
It is now possible to import the body of an email from Outlook and record the information
as a communication record. If the 'sender' email address matches an email address
stored against a customer contact the contact will be automatically selected.
If not then no contact will be used. This option is only available to users who
have purchased the CRM module.

Customer Regions Region
codes have been added to customer address records, the title of which can be
user defined.

Quote Components: Sales Price Source
It is now possible to set a 'bought-in' component of a quote to obtain its associated
price information from the relevant sales price list.

Transaction Broker
The 'receipt' and 'other issue' of stock can now both be handled by the transaction
broker.

Preactor Interface
The interface with Preactor now exports 'Part User Defined Codes'. You will need
to refresh your Preactor configuration to make use of these fields. Please speak
to support if you need help doing this.

SQL Schedule Beta The
SQL scheduling scenarios can now be used to update your live works orders. Please
note that at present you will not be able to use the detailed 'capacity planning'
routine or the schedule section of 'trial kitting' if you apply a schedule in this
way. New analysis screens and graphs have also be added to the SQL schedule option.

Time Recording The
presentation order of screens has been updated to allow users quicker access to
common functions such as clocking off or logging onto additional jobs.
If an employee is logged onto multiple jobs and wishes
to clock off, the system will now allow them to log off each works order without
forcing them to re-scan the employee card each time.
