? Release Notes For Version 10.27

? Import Manager The import of 'Assembly Details' now allows raw materials to be specified. As this has involved the addition of new fields any customers who have previously saved an import layout may need to amend and re-map their import files.

? Customer Account Level Delivery Note and Invoice Style Override The system has been updated to allow the 'Delivery Note' and 'Invoice' document styles to be 'overridden' at customer account level.

? Sales Works Orders The table in 'Sales Order Maintenance' which shows the works orders linked to the sales order now has a tooltip showing works order related quantities ('Total Forecast Quantity', 'Unallocated Quantity' etc).

? Delivery Routes A new facility called 'Delivery Routes' has been added.

The intention of this facility is to allow users to specify the route / area that is associated with a customer address and will be expanded in future versions.

'Delivery Plans' have been updated to allow users to allocate and range on a delivery plan.

? Allocate Stock 'Auto Suggest'

An 'auto suggest' facility has been added to the 'allocate stock' screen.

This facility will use the range and sort order of the 'allocate stock' screen to determine the records to be included in the 'auto suggest' process.

The 'auto suggest' facility will then attempt to allocate stock to the remaining requirements using a 'first in, first out' batch basis.

Customer account-specific options have also been added to optionally specify that stock allocated to that customer should be suggested either 'ONLY' from a specified location, or from a specified location FIRST (again in a 'first in, first out' basis).

? Customer Complaints & Rejects

The existing 'Customer Returns' routine has been expanded to allow 'complaints' to be recorded against a delivery. When a complaint is registered the goods are not rejected or returned and no replacements are required - the customer is merely stating that the delivery was not 100% acceptable.

Additional options have also been added to the 'reject' (formerly 'return') routine. The user is now able to select if the rejected goods were RETURNED or not, and also whether the requirement should be added back onto the sales order.

It is now possible to raise 'Product Improvement Reports' for both complaints and rejects.

? Tool Register Copy Tool Facility

A 'copy tool' facility has been added to the tool register. Please note that this facility will create a NEW tool and will ONLY copy the details of the tool - issue details and calibration history records are NOT copied.

The system will also assume that the tool has NOT been calibrated and will prompt the user to enter the initial calibration details upon copy completion.

? Project Maintenance

Customers who have purchased the CRM module are now able to associate a communication with a selected project code. A new tab has been added to 'Project Maintenance' to view all the communications associated with each project.

A second new tab has been added to allow users to record general notes against a project.

? Time Recording 'Performance %' Figure

The 'performance %' figure usually visible in time recording has been removed by default.

If this figure is required to be shown it can be enabled using the 'TIME_REC_SHOW_PERFORMANCE' control flag.
