? Release Notes For Version 10.24

? Error Report

The system has been updated to allow the user to email an error report document to support whenever an issue has been discovered.

The error report will ONLY include information relating to the current configuration of the system and will be used to help diagnose and resolve any issues encountered.

? User Defined Menu Options

In previous versions, only the 'System Administrator' could add external options to FactoryMaster's menu structure. The system has been amended so that all FULL users are now able to do this. These users now have the ability to add an option which will be visible to 'all users', 'users with a selected access code' or 'themselves only'.

In addition to this, non-full users can be allowed to add options for 'themselves only' through the user access code 'User Menu Options'.

? Prospect / Customer / Supplier / CRM Communications

Customers who have purchased the CRM module of FactoryMaster are now able to edit the date and time on a new communication record.

? Prospect Maintenance

A button has been added alongside the 'prospect's website' field to open that website in the user's default browser.

A new 'postcode' range has been added to the QuickBar of this screen.

Note that 'Prospect Maintenance' is only available to customers who have purchased the CRM module of FactoryMaster.

? Customer Maintenance

An 'Account Notes' memo field has been added to this screen.

A button has been added alongside the 'customer's website' field to open that website in the user's default browser. A new 'postcode' range has been added to the QuickBar of this screen - the range will return all customer accounts for which ANY of the addresses match the postcode entered.

? Sales Order Imports

The screens used to review the import of most sales order import types have been updated to match current design standards. Users can now check / uncheck a tick box to show / hide processed records rather than pressing 'Shift+F1' as previously. Most other changes are cosmetic only.

? Delivery Plans

A new 'Delivery Plans' has been added to the 'Delivery Menu'.

A delivery plan is a method of pre-allocating customer requirements (sales order call-offs) and physical stock.

Once the delivery plan has been confirmed the system will produce the required delivery notes for the stock being delivered.

? Delivery Report (Export)

The export of this report now includes the delivery address code.

? Zero Value Deliveries / Invoices

The 'Invoice Production' facility has been improved to make the user more aware of zero value invoices.

Whenever a range of deliveries are processed to become an invoice the system will check if any of the deliveries have no sales value.

The user will then be able to confirm if they want to INCLUDE the zero value delivery items, EXCLUDE them, or cancel the process completely.

? Supplier Maintenance

Customers who have purchased the CRM Module can now view any pending RFQ's for the selected supplier on a new tab.

A button has been added alongside the 'supplier's website' field to open that website in the user's default browser.

A new 'postcode' range has been added to the QuickBar of this screen.

? RFQ Printing

In previous versions the header information was in certain circumstances being printed twice on page 2 of the RFQ print . This has now been corrected.
