An option to shrink the database log file has been added to the 'Data Manager' menu.

When loading prices from a quote the system will now always use the MOST RECENT quote for that part / customer. This previously was not always the case.
Intrastat details can now be entered on 'simple' sales orders by zooming on the 'delivery status' column. These details could only previously be entered for 'detailed' or 'stage payment' orders.
A new report of sales deliveries which are awaiting invoicing has been added to the 'Delivery Reports' menu.
The 'Invoice Production' screen can now be also be sorted by 'Delivery Date - Ascending' & 'Delivery Date - Descending'.
Purchase Orders
Up to three 'user defined fields' can now be entered in the 'additional details' section of the purchase order entry screen. These description of these fields can be changed via the option on the 'System Settings' menu and a new option to find purchase orders via these fields has been added to 'Purchase Order Maintenance'.
Cancelled Purchase orders now show a 'Cancelled' section on the printout.
It is now possible to enter a sub-works works order and include the components of any of its children. This option was previously only available when you entered the top level parent works order number.
Stocked Parts can now be located via a new facility which will find parts by their batch number.
A new field - 'Default As Free Issue' has been added. If set, the part will default as 'free issue' when added to an assembly or manually booked into stock.
Users can now be setup to receive a message if ANY stocked part item falls below its minimum stock level.
'Issue Number' and 'Batch Number' search fields have been added to the QuickBar of this screen.
It is now possible to run a stocktake for a RANGE of locations, parts or materials - rather than for all of them as previously.
The main entry screen has been redesigned and additional view options added.
It is now possible to adjust the quantity of stock batches which have allocations made against them - so long as the counted quantity is not lower than the allocated quantity.
Serial numbered parts are now included (detailed stocktake only), with an entry shown for each serial number.
More than one stocktake can now be active at any time, but items can only be confirmed if the snapshot quantity still reflects the current stock position.
Three of the stocktake reports have been combined into one new report - with new ranges and sort orders added.
The ECN screen shown for drawing issue changes now includes views of MANUFACTURING ROUTES and PENDING WORKS ORDERS associated with the drawing. The user can zoom from these views to hold or release the routes / works orders as required.
Users can now be prevented from logging onto works orders which have a non-blank 'hold' code by setting the control flag 'WO_RESTRICT_IF_ON_HOLD'. Setting this flag will also prevent manual time sheet entries being made for these works orders.
The screens of ALL the options on the data capture 'works order' menu have been redesigned for clarity.
Employees can now be tracked via input into data capture terminals.
Each time an employee swipes onto a data capture terminal the terminal location (terminal description) will be recorded as the employees' 'Last Known Location'.
This information is then shown in employee maintenance and will print on the fire roll call report.
Authorisation details ('Authorised By', 'Authorised Date' etc) have been added to both the report and export.
