Support Phone NumberThe support phone number shown on the 'About FactoryMaster' screen may now be different to the sales phone number shown on the same screen. This is dependent on who your dealer is and whether they have asked for a different phone number to be shown.
The details on this screen should all be updated with the latest details about your dealer.
Scheduled Programs - KPI
The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) facility has been added to the list of scheduled programs.
Quotation Operations
The operation costs on quotes now take the 'Round Op Time' flag (defined against a resource code) into account.
The 'Sales Order Book Export' has been updated to show both the 'internal' & 'customers own part number' when selecting the 'customers own part number' option.
A new routine has been written to allow the simplified return of packaging items. Items can be returned without the user having to specify which delivery note they were despatched on.
Buttons have been added to the 'credit note production' screen to allow all records for the selected sales order or customer to be processed.
The screen now allows an alternative drawing to be selected for the target part.
It is now possible to override the default 'batch method' and 'auto generate batch number' options for individual stocked parts - enabling some parts to retain a higher degree of traceability than others. The modification of these options is controlled by a new user access flag. It is recommended that you contact support before changing these settings if you are at all unsure of their function.
A new 'Assembly Templates Report' has been added to allow the user to report on which assemblies are currently using assembly templates.
It is now possible to enter a lead time against Phantom Parts. This lead time will be inserted between the parent of the phantom part and the children of the phantom part in all places that calculate the lead time of an assembly - including MRP and the creation of sub-works orders.
Works Orders can now be scheduled automatically on creation. The control flag WO_AUTO_SCH_NEW will add the works order to the schedule - provided the control flag WO_AUTO_GET_ROUTE is also set to 'Yes' AND there is a relevant route available for the works order.
The records on this screen are now shown in descending order to match the other NCR maintenance screens.
It is now possible to define which return reason codes should be included in the PPM calculations.
