  • Sales Invoice Cost Centres
    A new 'Cost Centre' field has been added to the sales invoice screens. This field is to allow compatibility with several major accounting systems and can be left blank if not required. A default cost centre for new invoices can be defined in the 'Nominal Code Control' option on the 'Sales Invoice Menu'.

    In addition to this, the existing 'Department' field has been changed from a 'numeric' field to an 'alpha-numeric' field.

  • Purchase Cost Centres & Departments
    A new 'Cost Centre' field has been added to the purchase order screen. This field is to allow compatibility with several major accounting systems and can be left blank if not required. Default cost centres for new purchase orders can be defined against each stock type on the 'Stock Maintenance Menu'.

    In addition to this, the existing 'Department' field has been changed from a 'numeric' field to an 'alpha-numeric' field.

  • Customer Maintenance
    Customer Maintenance has been updated with a facility to find customers based on contact information.

  • Price Maintenance
    A facility has been added to update all related manufacturing routes and  works orders when you alter a subcontract operation's batch prices from within the 'Price Maintenance' screen.
    Please note that this facility will only update prices for operations that have the same operation number & resource code as the one that has been altered.

  • Approved Suppliers
    The 'Approved Suppliers' screen now has a 'Report' option.

  • Purchase Order Maintenance
    The 'Purchase Order Maintenance' screen has been updated to allow the user to create new purchase orders by pressing 'F4' in the initial 'QuickBar' screen.

  • Purchase Invoice Matching
    The user will now be prompted to update their purchase prices if an item is matched at a different price to that setup in 'Price Maintenance'.

  • Assembly Report
    The assembly report has been updated to correctly show 'Assembly Formulae' parameters.  Please note that the 'Component Value Report' DOES NOT support assemblies that utilise assembly formulae templates.

  • Assembly Formulae
    The assembly formulae expression field has been expanded to allow up to 100 characters.
    The assembly formulae 'Test Calculation' function has been updated to allow users to 'go back' and make alterations to input parameters, rather than having to re-process the entire test each time.
