Favourites Menu
Options from the 'Purchase Order Receipts', 'Stock Maintenance' and 'Stocked Parts' sub-menus can now be added to the 'Favourites' menu.System Messages & Tasks

A button has been added to this screen to allow the components (bought-in, raw materials and manufactured) of the selected quote to be refreshed to match those defined in the main assembly file. Any components which are no longer in the assembly of the part (including any you may have manually added to the quote) will be REMOVED from the quote. Note that this option is only available for quotes with a status of 'In Planning' - i.e. those which have not yet been submitted to your customer.Quote Override Prices
It is now possible to enter a 'zero' override price on a quote - even if the calculated price is greater than zero.Sales Margin Report

The purchase order report has been updated to include a range on 'Stock Type'.Auto Replenish Stock
A new option has been added to the 'Stocked Parts' screen which, if set, instructs the system to automatically raise a new works orders if the current stock falls below the minimum stock level. The quantity on the new works order will be the difference between the [current stock plus the quantity on pending works orders] and the 'maximum' stock defined for the part. The system can also be instructed to send a system message to user(s) whenever an auto replenish works order is created. The list of users to be informed is maintained via an option on the system maintenance menu.Assembly Maintenance
If an assembly for which an 'In Planning' quote exists is changed then the user will be prompted to update the components of the quote to match the new assembly structure (see the 'Quotation Maintenance' section above). This can also be forced by pressing the 'Update..' button on the 'Assembly Maintenance' screen.Scheduling
Scheduling will now schedule multiple operations from the same works order on the same day. In previous versions two very small operations on the same works order would be scheduled on different days - even if there was enough time to make them on the same day.Works Order Enquiry
A new optional column has been added to Works Order Enquiry. Either of the two columns can be set to show the 'current resource' of the WIP operation, instead of the operation number. The old 'WIP' option has been renamed to 'current operation' to differentiate between the two.Route Cards

The appearance of many of the data capture screens has been updated to improve clarity. These changes are mostly cosmetic and do not affect the sequence of actions required. Table navigation controls (for example to allow the user to scroll up and down the list of 'Non-Charge' categories) have been simplified and 'Cancel' buttons have been added to screens which did not previously contain one.
