Quote Item Level Discounts

The Quote item level discount has been updated to allow the price list discount % value when applying the price list value to the quote.

Please note that because of this and to help against double-discounting item lines the value, the 'Customer List Price' in the 'Effective Unit Price' window is now shown as the GROSS (pre discount) value.  This value will then be discounted by the imported quote line discount percentage to reach the same value as the discounted price list value.

Contract Review Form

FactoryMaster now contains a new 'Contract Review Form'. This allows yes/no questions to be defined for use on all quotes and orders and for users to tick when those items have been satisfied. The list of questions must first be defined from the system maintenance menu. Once this has been done it can be applied to quotes, sales orders and amendments. If applied to a sales order a user with sufficient access must authorise the form before works orders can be created.

Sales Release Notes and Process Specs

It is now possible to select the process specifications associated with the release notes in a similar way to selecting the associated materials. Currently this is only shown on one bespoke layout of the release note. There will be a charge made for adding it to other layouts if required.

Purchase Authorisation Message

When a purchase order has been authorised the system will now send a message to the 'planner' of the purchase order to inform them.

This facility is enabled using the  'PO_AUTH_SEND_MESSAGE' control flag.

Stocktake Confirmation

The ability to confirm a stocktake is now restricted to only those users with access to 'Stocktake Confirm' in user access.

Works Order Kitting

A new button is available on works order enquiry to allow control of works order kitting on multiple works orders as once. The control flag KIT_MULTI_PRINT can be used to determine whether kits printed using these options should be printed as individual kit lists or as one for all those selected. The default is to print individuals.

W/O PPM

This option no longer includes cancelled internal rejects in the figures.

Dimension Inspection

The dimension inspection facility has been updated to allow alpha numeric values to allow more flexibility.  This facility is enabled using the 'DIMINSP_USE_ALPHA_DIM' control flag.

FactoryMaster Broker

By default the FactoryMaster Broker will run in background mode on terminals which are logged in but are idle. This can be stopped if required by removing it from the 'Scheduled Tasks' option.
