The following form should be completed for booking onto the free training days provided by FactoryMaster

Please note there is a cancellation fee of £10 per attendee if you cancel within 2 days of the training date, this fee is to cover costs of food that would have been ordered.

A maximum of 2 attendees from each company are allowed per training date, unless prior agreement has been confirmed with FactoryMaster.

If Training date is fully allocated you may sign up to register for a cancellation spot.
