FactoryMaster has a large number of customers who specialise in providing parts to the Aerospace industry.

To enable these companies to compete in this area FactoryMaster has added considerable Aerospace specific functionality into its core system to give these customers the flexibility they need.

Examples of this are the various interfaces that FactoryMaster has linking to the Major Aerospace players such as Rolls Royce and Airbus. These interfaces allow FactoryMaster users to take direct feeds of Sales order schedules and within minutes run an MRP to forecast and plan all materials and assembly requirements to fulfill these orders. This gives an immediate response to new orders as well as ensuring that they can get an instant view of where issues on delivery timescales may occur.

FactoryMaster has also added full materials traceability into the product. This gives our customers full confidence that they can identify the source for any product that they sell.

Going hand in hand with this is FactoryMaster's Quality control and reporting capability. By having a complete view of the cost of quality in the system, users can identify where their quality control is failing and how much this is costing them. With this information at their fingertips they can instantly respond and resolve issues before they escalate into unsatisfied customers.
