In one single screen you can now do the following.
Create multiple contacts per customer and indentify what address they are located at.
Create multiple address locations for each customer
View all documents that have been stored against that customer.
Create new documents and store them against that customer.
Do mail merge documents direct from FactoryMaster based upon pre defined templates or ad hoc templates that you can create.
email the customer contact directly from FactoryMaster.
Record all interactions you have with customers and customer contacts.
Raise tasks to be completed against a customer, such as create quote or call customer to check quote is ok.
Raise sub tasks against tasks to follow up on actions.
Assign tasks to other FactoryMaster users or colleagues

View all activities against a customer in chronological order, so you can see everything that has taken place with that customer in one view.
