Project Manager (FactoryMaster MRP implementations and support)

We are currently looking for an experienced FactoryMaster implementer. This role requires a knowledge of our core FactoryMaster manufacturing software solution.

The role involves a good knowledge of manufacturing process's and an ability to communicate effectively. Full and appropriate training will also be given.

You would be required to travel around the UK and optionally abroad to implement the FactoryMaster solution and so a full driving license is required.

FactoryMaster would offer a good compensation package to the right candidate.

Junior Technical Support

This helpdesk role requires a good knowledge of PC and server based systems although training will be provided to the right candidate. You will primarily be working in the support centre answering technical questions from our customers. As experienced is gained you would be required to visit customer sites and implement new hardware as well as fault find and rectify issues.

The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft based operating systems as well as be adaptable. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and research areas where your knowledge is lacking.

Initially no driving license is required however it would be an advantage for career progression to on site working.

Junior Software Developer

As part of our evolving development plan we are looking for a junior software developer to join our team of developers.

Ideally you will have some experience in this type of role at other companies although we are willing to take on someone who is new to this type of role.

You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ideally web development skills. (Other technologies will be considered). You will also need to display excellent analysis skill and be able to work as part of a team or individually with little supervision.

Appropriate training will be given to the right candidate.
